What happens after you fill out your application |
After you have completed your application please contact your area representative or our Moscow office to set up a personal interview. Returnees don't need a personal interview if returning to the same camp or same employer.

Take with you for Camp Counselors USA interview |
- completed on-line and printed out program application (including autobiographical essay) and ccusa addendum;
- printed out Complete and return document;
- printed out and filled out camp type addendum (if applies);
- two reference forms (3 for a camp counselor position) printed out and filled out by your teachers, employers or other people that know you well
- CCUSA program agreement printed out and signed by you;
- copies of certificates of additional qualifications (issued not earlier than 2013) and 2–4 photos illustrating your experience in the areas related to your skills;
- 1 colored smiling photo on light background 5×5 cm;
- proof of full time student status (spravka) and its translation into English on the separate copy (for the students);
- proof of full time teacher status (spravka) and its translation into English on the separate copy (for the teachers);
- copy of the student ID for the students or copy of work history record book (trudovaya knizhka) for the teachers;
- international passport (if you have it, if not – apply ASAP).

- printed out Complete and return document;
- printed out and filled out by hand weusa skills and positions addendum (for placement option participants only);
- letter of recommendation from your camp or employer (for the former participants of camp/work porgrams);
- WEUSA program agreement printed out and signed by you;
- 1 coloured smiling photo with light background 5×5 cm;
- proof of full time student status (spravka) and its copy translated into English;
- copy of the student ID;
- international passport (if you have it, if not – apply ASAP).
If accepted to the program you need to fill out some more documents:- Job preference form (for Work Experience USA placement option participants only).

Work Experience USA returnees submit the following: |
- completed on-line and printed out program application and weusa addendum;
- printed out Complete and return document;
- printed out and filled out by hand weusa skills and positions addendum (for placement option participants only);
- WEUSA program agreement printed out and signed by you;
- letter of recommendation from your last american employer;
- 1 coloured smiling photo with light background 5×5 cm;
- proof of full time student status (spravka) and its copy translated into English;
- copy of the student ID;
- international passport (if you have it, if not - apply ASAP).

To apply for J-1 visa you need to have: |
- a valid international passport (valid for at least six months beyond your proposed U.S. stay);
- one passport size photo. The DS-156 requires a full-face photograph. The photograph should measure 2×2 inches (approximately 50×50 cm) with the head centered in the frame. Photo must be in color and taken against a white or off-white background;
- a copy of your student id or a copy of your work-record card (if you are a full time teacher);
- a copy of zachetnaya knizhka - first page and last page with exams;
- proof of student status;
- DS-2019 form (CCUSA will provide you with this form);
- a completed visa online forms.
Please ask the office for more information if you are applying for a J-1 Visa in a country where you are not a passport holder.
To get your application form and other paperwork you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer. If it's notinstalled, you can get it for free here. If you have a problem printing out your application, try to change your Adobe acrobat settings as follows: choose "print as image" option in Advanced print settings.

CCUSA:- Health History Form in English, completed and signed by a doctor + its copy
*Attached file contains Russian and English versions of Health History Form. Russian variant helps the doctor to understand what he signs. Print out Health History Form on A-4 sheets on both sides (If you experience problems with printing out this document, choose option «Print Text as Image» in Adobe Acrobat Reader®). - Criminal Check in original with translation into English + its copy (apply for Criminal Check form in the local police department as soon as possible!)
